TITAN CONTAINERS OPKØBER ALPHA CONTAINERS I DANMARK
Det er med stor glæde, at vi kan offentliggøre, at TITAN Containers d. 31. januar 2023 har opkøbt ALPHA Containers, som dermed bliver en del af TITAN-koncernen. CEO Layland Barker byder samtidig ALPHA-teamet velkommen til TITAN-familien.
It is with great pleasure to announce that from 31 January 2023, TITAN Containers has acquired ALPHA Containers, which will become part of the TITAN family. As a prominent supplier of container solutions in Denmark, TITAN welcomes the ALPHA team.
Layland Barker, founder and CEO of TITAN Containers states:
" I am more than grateful that the acquisition has been completed, I know that we are now even stronger in the Danish market, and together we will increase our market share in the wonderful Denmark. Tina and the rest of the ALPHA team have provided an excellent effort over many years, and their approach to customer service, integrity and quality fits perfectly with our values at TITAN Containers. We have some very exciting years ahead of us, I don't doubt that for a second. A big welcome to Tina and the rest of the talented ALPHA employees from me and the entire TITAN family. Because we are like a family at TITAN, and therefore it was also important to me that the core values of both buyer and seller are exactly the same ."
ALPHA Containers has existed since 1998 and continues to run from its existing office in Aarhus. For existing customers, the transaction has no impact, ALPHA Containers continues to focus on fast delivery, customer service and top quality containers.
Sevgyl Abdulovski, Group CFO at TITAN Containers adds,
"We have searched the market in Denmark for possible acquisitions in order to intensify our growth plans in Denmark, which in particular means an increased container fleet for rental and a significant increase in turnover. It was clear to us quite early in the process that ALPHA Containers was the right company to invite for a cup of coffee. It was clear to both parties quite early in the process that the time was just right."
Tina Ruskjær, director and owner of ALPHA Containers for more than 15 years, is also very satisfied with the deal. Tina, who in the future will be regional manager based at the office in Aarhus, states,
"For almost a year we had been thinking about whether it was time to become part of something bigger. When we started the dialogue with TITAN Containers, it was clear that the timing was right and that TITAN Containers was the obvious buyer. We share the same values and for me that was perhaps the most important part of the process. ALPHA Containers has a strong position in Jutland, where TITAN Containers has recently invested in a large plot of land in Kolding. Among other things, a depot and workshop for fitting out special solutions will be built here, and the location will also be a base for several trucks that will transport the many containers to mainly Jutland customers.
This acquisition is in line with TITAN Containers' growth plans in Denmark and the company is pleased to continue providing quality container solutions to customers in the region.
