The alignment with Roima, known for its superior scheduling and execution capabilities for production and logistics, will strengthen the market position of both companies and drive the expansion strategy for PERITO IBP to serve and empower the planning community.

Roima’s acquisition of Perito Consulting brings together more than 60 supply chain planning experts, allowing the united company to generate even more value for their clients. Roima's well-established track record as an independent industrial software powerhouse in the Nordics complements PERITO's strong reputation for its advanced IBP capabilities.

The deal is expected to be closed within a few months when the final approvements are received.
