Logicenters continues growth with new CFO

Logicenters is continuing along its path to continued growth. The logistics property company is to appoint Johanna Wollgård as CFO; she will continue the work of building up its financial reporting.

Logicenters is continuing to develop its operations as the leading owner of modern logistics properties in the key logistics locations in the Nordic region as of September 1st, Johanna Wollgård will step into the new role of CFO, focusing on building up the company’s financial reporting, monitoring investments and, on a broader level, ensuring Logicenters’ profitability.
“This is very positive news for us. As NREP and Logicenters have grown, so has the need to strengthen our Finance Department. Johanna Wollgård will bring her knowledge and experience to our investments, enabling us to make better decisions going forward”, says Matthias Kettelhoit, CEO at Logicenters.
Johanna Wollgård has held various roles within the NREP Group since 2016. In recent years, her responsibilities have been as Senior Fund Controller for one of the Group’s funds. Wollgård has also worked in the auditing department for the audit and consulting network Deloitte.
“I am very grateful to have been entrusted with this new role and I look forward to taking on the new challenges within NREP”, says Johanna Wollgård.

Unico leases additional 11,250 sqm from Logicenters
South Korean logistics company Unico is continuing to expand at BIK Wroclaw II. A pre-lease agreement has just been signed to lease an additional 11,250 sqm of Logicenters’ newly expanded facility in southern Poland.

Logicenters develops property in Vestby, Norway
Logicenters is continuing to strengthen its presence at strategic logistics hubs in the Nordic region. The logistics property company will develop a 12,000 m2 logistics facility in Vestby, Norway. The first tenant, BH Nordic AS, has already signed a lease of 5,800 m2 of the property. The development will begin in March 2020 and the property is scheduled for completion by February 2021. 6,200 m2 will become available for additional tenants.
