DSV Solutions Oy has moved into new facilities in Vantaa
Logicenters newly developed facility in Vantaa has welcomed its tenant. Logistics company DSV Solutions Oy has now moved into the property with a total area of 11 000 m2.

In the beginning of 2023, Logicenters acquired land in Vantaa, just north of the city center of Helsinki. At the same time it was announced that one of the world’s leading logistics companies, DSV Solutions Oy, had signed a long-term lease for an 11 000 m2 property on the site. The facility is now fully completed and DSV Solutions Oy has moved into their new warehouse.
“We are very happy to finally welcome DSV to their new property. The whole project has worked perfectly smooth together with the construction company Jatke and with DSV. We are now looking forward to starting the cooperation with the tenant, that will move into a modern property with proximity to Helsinki and great connections to other parts of Finland“, says Jarkko Äikää, Commercial Director at Logicenters.
The new property achieved the environmental certification BREEAM Very Good and is equipped with solar cells on the roof. The logistics center is located near Ring III, where you can easily reach Helsinki and other major cities in the southern parts of Finland. The property is also only ten minutes by car from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport.
