Logicenters is the leading developer and owner of modern logistics properties in prime locations in the Nordics with over 1.2 million square meters of space. Over the last decade, we have been the most active developer of modern logistics properties with 20+ completed projects and 400.000+ sqm of space developed. Our leading position as a highly active and modern developer and owner of prime logistics has earned us the trust of a large majority of all the major logistics operators (3PLs) in the region including Aditro, Bring, DHL, DSV, Itella and PostNord.
Previously known as NREP Logistics, our business was founded in 2005 when NREP started building one of the largest portfolios of modern logistics in the Nordics, through a combination of new developments and selective acquisitions of high quality properties. Today, we are a truly pan-Nordic team with offices in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.
Our properties are owned by funds managed by NREP. The funds are owned by Nordic and international institutional investors.
