They may need to build capabilities to quickly service customer demand through new channels and routes to market.”

To keep up with the changes and recover from the challenges caused by COVID-19 companies need to be able to adapt quickly. Disruptions in supply or demand shifts require intelligent dynamic planning strategies, in order to adapt to new plans quickly. An agile and resilient supply chain will be key to be able to return to business in unpredictable times and cope with the uncertainty and volatility in the new normal.
