Diversity driving innovation

As an organization, we have chosen to challenge biases and reflect on how we can act more inclusively. Success will be dependent on all of us choosing to challenge and take a stand for equality.

A diverse workforce is key to innovation and good collaboration. The topic has climbed to the top of every large organizations agenda, but we need to continue to talk about these matters.  Inclusion and equality are essential to Blue Yonder when building our workforce.  While things are moving slower than anticipated, the number of women in supply chain is on the rise, according to are recent survey by Gartner: The 2021 Women in Supply Chain Survey.

To promote women in IT and Supply Chain, Blue Yonder is kicking off a monthly LinkedIn Live Series: Fearless Females of Supply Chain.

  • August 25, hear Mette Krogh, VP of Marketing EMEA/APAC at Blue Yonder and an IT veteran based in Denmark talk about balancing career and family life. Register your interest to join us for 10 min here: Join LinkedIn Live >>
  • September 8, we look forward to welcoming Silke Gray, Head of Global Customs, Export and Export Control at Hilti Group. Stay tuned.
