We are now looking for a new colleague who would like to take the next challenge and manage our talent acquisition across Greater Europe for Swisslog.

The Greater Europe region consists of the Nordic countries, UK, Italy and Benelux. This is a new role at Swisslog and the position holder will have the possibility to work on both strategical and operational level with talent acquisition.

The position can be placed either in Sweden (Partille) or in UK and the position holder will report to the regional HR manager in UK.

You will play a critical part in delivering the recruitment process for Greater Europe and work in parallel with Divisional HR in following key elements;

  • Career mapping
  • Job evaluation
  • Leadership training

The Talent Acquisition Manager will work with local HR and local management closely and will be responsible for pre-scanning of all candidates. The successful candidate will be required to develop a recruitment strategy for the Greater Europe region, including job posting, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement and talent planning.

You must be able to create and implement a realistic talent acquisition strategy to deliver the highest possible quality talent for business both long and short term and manage the candidate experience.

You will be required to improve Regional recruitment KPI’s which will include

  • Reduce time to hire
  • Cost of hire
  • Quality of candidate
  • Offer acceptance rate
  • Approval process time
  • Retention rates

This is a senior position with great impact for Swisslog and requires previous successful experience within the field. All applicants must be excellent face-to-face communicators, be self-driven, focused on customer needs and customer satisfaction and continuously seek improvements.

It is important that the applicant has experience in strategic recruitment and selection, training and developing management at all levels and career mapping. The successful candidate must be professional, credible, have high standards and is able to travel.
Successful candidate speaks and write fluent English and has previous experience of working in international environment.
