Intelligent robot moves in
Robotize har implementeret en GoPal robotløsning hos Plus Pack i Odense. Plus Pack leverer mad emballage verden over.
Plus Pack has been working with Robotize, an innovative Danish robotics company who aims to become the world’s leading supplier of mobile robot solutions, to uncover the possibility of using a driverless robot for internal pallet transportation in our production.
The GoPal robot will allow us to automate our transport of EUR-pallets from the production to our warehouse. “This will serve as a relief for production employees, since the machine operator must only deliver the pallet to a robot station and press a call button. The GoPal robot will then pick up the loaded pallet and move it to the warehouse”, states John Madsen, Production Manager at Plus Pack.
The robot will also offer extensive data that enables us to continuously optimise our internal logistics and increase our cost-efficiency.
