Are you looking for an exciting, future-oriented internship with exposure to all aspects of integrated marketing and the opportunity to support with campaigns and events in a truly international environment? You will be responsible for marketing management tasks for one of our key industries in Europe initially. In this context you will assume interdisciplinary responsibilities and tasks. Location matters less but nice for you if you are close to some of your new colleagues; Munich, Copenhagen, Malmo, Stockholm or similar.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Assistance with coordination of events, sales meetings, workshops and trade shows
  • Looking after event registration and confirmation
  • Assisting with event logistics
  • Organising appropriate collateral and making sure presentations are ready
  • Support Business Development on follow-ups after events
  • Assist with visuals, design and any animated assets supporting an event
  • Willingness to manage and execute customer facing webinars


Marketing Updates:

  • Ensuring that internal Marketing information site is kept up to date
  • Support on translations and localizations
  • Assist with all reporting and updates to Sales and to Corporate


Social Media:

  • Create Social Media plans for upcoming events
  • Sourcing of content
  • Assist in a number of social selling initiatives



  • Assistance with database marketing (
  • Database maintenance and updating – outbound calling and internet research to obtain correct contact data for specific accounts for hard copy mailings and non-delivered emails
  • Generating reports and providing analysis
  • Providing insights in order to improve and maximise results



  • Assist with Contracts Requests, Purchase Orders and Invoicing process


Knowledge/Skills Required:

  • Study field Marketing/Business Administration/Information Technology
  • Native language skills German and fluency in English. Knowledge of 1 more language a plus such as; Dutch, Swedish, Danish
  • Demonstrated interests in the continually evolving craft of marketing
  • Ability to work independently, creatively and analytically
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Keen on working in an international environment
  • Flexibility with the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
  • Organisational and communication skills
  • Team player
  • Interest in marketing technology, systems and progress
  • Some experience with CRM a plus (preferably and Marketo)
  • Knowledge of, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Databases
  • Duration 12 months
